Alice Vacek Aranda opened the Law Offices of Alice Vacek Aranda in 2009.  She works as a sole practitioner in the areas of immigration and naturalization, bankruptcy, and small business legal consulting.  She is passionate about helping families separated by borders become reunited, in helping debtors with unmanageable financial problems, and counseling small businesses with legal issues.  Finally, she assists owners with landlord tenant issues. Prior to going to law school, Ms. Aranada worked as a paralegal for many years in Washington D.C. and Miami, FL.  She then attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA, focusing on International Trade and Business.  Ms. Aranda also has a Master's degree in History, with concentrations in Latin American, Caribbean and African political, economic and social history.

Ms. Aranda's practice is small on luxury but big on client service.  She is accessible and strives to craft customized legal solutions for clients at discount fees.
