Aresty, Joel M.

Mr. Arcadier graduated from the University of Florida with honors and received a JD / MBA joint degree in 1997. Mr. Arcadier also received and International Law degree from Tulane / La Sorbonne in 1995, and a BA in Economics in 1994.

After graduation, Mr. Arcadier joined Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture (1997 - 1999). During his two-year tenure, he was part of a legal risk management team, providing legal risk management services for Fortune 500 employers. Employers included: Citgo, Republic Industries, Motorola, Telco, Teleglobe, and Excel. Mr. Arcadier's role included solving employer / employee issues, risk management strategies, and process consulting.

In 1999, Mr. Arcadier opened his private law firm in Miami, Florida. Mr. Arcadier started as a general practitioner and then, as a result of his background and education began specializing in business law, international conflict of law, commercial litigation, personal injury and trial work.

In 2006, Mr. Arcadier formed the partnership of Allen & Arcaider, P.A. with Wayne L. Allen in Melbourne, Florida. The partnership was formed to specialize in employment and business law matters. With Mr. Arcadier's youthful enthusiasm and professionalism, combined with Mr. Allen's 38 years of dedicated legal experience, the Allen & Arcadier law firm is indeed postured to providing the utmost professional and legal care in Brevard County.
