Pat Arata: Was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana and has practiced law for over 30 years. After completing his undergraduate studies at Indiana University, he attended law school at the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. He has been admitted to practice law in the states of Indiana and California. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and the Federal District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana, the Southern District of Indiana, and the Eastern district of California.
His practice is concentrated in the area of criminal defense cases in Federal and State Courts with a focus on federal criminal defense, personal injury, civil litigation and a special emphasis in defending citizens accused of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
