Yvette Ansel is a litigator, focusing her practice in the areas of domestic relations and civil litigation. Her practice in domestic relations includes dissolution with and without children, post decree modification, paternity actions, orders of protection, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. In addition to family law matters Ms. Ansel is well versed in the area of civil litigation, including real estate and business disputes.
Ms. Ansel is admitted to practice in New York, Minnesota and Arizona. She began her legal career in New York City in the litigation department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore. She later practiced in Minneapolis at Rider, Bennett, Egan and Arundel.
Ms. Ansel received her B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College, Columbia University, where she graduated cum laude with departmental honors. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Cardozo School of Law where she was elected to the Moot Court Board.
Ms. Ansel is a member of the family law and trial practice section of the Arizona State Bar. She is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Arizona chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts
