Joseph G. Antinori serves as of counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice in labor and employment litigation and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in the representation of management, providing advise to management clients on employer policies and practices, and defending employer's against claims of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment and retaliation under the NJLAD, Title VII, ADA, CEPA, ADEA, FMLA and NJFLA, in the state and federal courts as well as before the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Antinori has lectured on employment related topics on behalf of management.
Mr. Antinori's practice also includes commercial litigation, involving a variety of business related disputes, including Contract Disputes, Disputes Concerning Restrictive Covenants And Non-Competition Agreements, Fraud And Consumer Fraud Litigation, Representation Of Commercial Landlords And Tenants In Tenancy Disputes, Condominium Litigation, And Other Business Related Litigation.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree from LaSalle University in 1983 in Political Science, he earned his law degree from Rutgers-Camden Law School in 1986.
Mr. Antinori was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1986, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court, as well as all state courts in New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey, Atlantic County and Camden County Bar Associations.
Born in Camden, New Jersey in 1961, Mr. Antinori currently resides in Voorhees Township.
