Jonathan Andron is a counsel in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 2006.
Practice
Mr. Andron's practice focuses on intellectual property disputes, with particular emphasis on patent litigation and appeals. He has represented clients in various industries, including computer architecture, software, electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cellular and wireless devices. Mr. Andron also has experience in general civil litigation and government investigations.
From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Andron clerked with the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also held a summer position at a boutique intellectual property firm in Washington, DC, where he drafted documents for patent prosecution, prepared client correspondence reporting PTO actions and recommending patentability arguments and claim amendments. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Andron worked as a business applications consultant in the software industry where he helped clients install and customize enterprise resource planning (ERP) software applications.
Mr. Andron's pro bono practice has included representing non-profit organizations and handling an immigration matter.
