Clark A. Andrews has been associated with the Firm since his graduation from University of Michigan Law School in 1974. Mr. Andrews has practiced extensively in municipal law, with particular emphasis in the planning and zoning, municipal contracts, telecommunication, and economic development areas. Mr. Andrews has served as a city attorney for Sterling Heights since 1974. Mr. Andrews has also represented owners and developers on various matters relating to real estate development, including drafting condominium and subdivision documents, handling planning commission and zoning board administrative hearings and appeals, and tax abatement requests. Mr. Andrews also practices in the estate planning/elder law area, and currently serves as an advisory board member to the Macomb County Department of Senior Services Legal Assistance program. Mr. Andrews maintains an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded attorneys by their peers. He has been honored as a Michigan Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 in the Government/Cities/Municipalities category. Mr. Andrews is an active participant in numerous business, community and civic organizations, including the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Sterling Heights Rotary Club, the Utica Community Schools Foundation for Educational Excellence, and the Macomb County Bar Association
