Anderson, Matthew V.

Mark Anderson obtained his J.D. from the University of Nebraska School of Law and received the Order of the Coif for serving on the law review. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and specializes in breach of warranty and "lemon law" cases.

Mark has obtained Superior Court jury verdicts against BMW of North America, Ford Motor Company, Volvo North America, Georgie Boy Manufacturing, and Fleetwood Motor Homes. He represented the owner of the BMW in a published decision on the California Lemon Law Jenson v.
