Anderson, Conrad

Chris practices general corporate law, with a primary focus on corporate governance, corporate finance, and federal securities laws. Chris has worked on debt and equity security issuances for a variety of public companies. In addition, he has experience with complex debt offerings, Rule 144 transactions, rights offerings, and tax-exempt financing. He also has worked on M&A transactions involving public mergers and private acquisitions. Chris recently worked on transactions representing FleetPride, Kraft Foods, Orbitz, Xcel Energy, OGE Energy, HNI Corporation, Bridgestone Americas, USG Corporation, and Exide Technologies. During a secondment with Kraft Foods, Chris assisted the company with matters relating to corporate governance, employee benefits, and securities compliance during the company's first full year after spinning off from the Altria Group.

Chris serves as a committee co-chair for the American Cancer Society associate board of ambassadors (Illinois chapter). He is also a member of American Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
