Karen Ancelet has spent her career defending clients in a wide array of litigation, concentrating primarily in commercial and energy matters. Ms. Ancelet has defended major oil companies in antitrust litigation brought by their dealers, large royalty and lease disputes, and mass toxic tort litigation resulting from chemical spills. She also has extensive experience litigating other commercial contractual disputes and as well as in representing clients in director and officer liability litigation.
