Maureen is an associate attorney and focuses her practice on civil litigation. She received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from San Diego State University with distinction in political science and her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.
During law school, Maureen was a staff member of Law Review and received the Minnesota Justice Foundation Award in Public Service. She also was a law clerk at a Bloomington general practice firm where she assisted attorneys in city prosecution, construction cases and general civil matters.
Maureen currently serves as a member of the William Mitchell Recent Graduates committee and is a Mitchell Mentor for first year and second year law students. Maureen has also been a frequent guest speaker at various William Mitchell events.
Prior to joining Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, Maureen clerked for the Honorable James A. Cunningham, Jr., Tenth Judicial District and was an Assistant St. Paul City Attorney where she prosecuted domestic assaults.
