Stacie practices in the area of public finance. Since 2003, she has assisted numerous Washington municipal clients, including cities, counties, public utility districts, and other special districts in borrowing transactions. She has particular experience in complex revenue bond financings, including drafting Official Statements for most of the electric utility financings in Washington.
