Allen, Kathleen M.

Jonathan K. Allen attended the University of California, Berkley where he earned his undergraduate degree in legal studies. Mr. Allen continued his education, earning his Juris Doctor at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Mr. Allen was then admitted to The Florida Bar, the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar.Prior to moving to Florida, Mr. Allen worked in New York City where he advised attorneys in a variety of legal matters, including litigation and corporate dealings. Mr. Allen has experience in diverse areas of law, including contracts, foreign and domestic corporations, debtor and creditor law, bankruptcy, and international trade. While studying in Spain, he developed a comprehensive understanding of international law, structure and functions of various European business entities and their interaction with the United States and the Common Market.
