Ms. Allen is experienced in a wide array of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract and business tort cases through all phases of state and federal litigation. Ms. Allen has successfully defended employers in a variety of employment matters including discrimination, harassment, Family Medical Leave Act, wrongful discharge, covenants not to compete, as well as substantial practice before the EEOC, various state human rights, other administrative agencies. She has conducted a number of employment-related client presentations, as well as reviewed and prepared employee handbooks for clients. She has also counseled clients on a wide range of human resources and employment issues.
