Joshua R. Alhalel concentrates his practices in the area of complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Alhalel was an associate at Greenberg Traurig, where he litigated matters involving products liability, contract disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, and construction defects.
Mr. Alhalel is a member of the American Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association. He has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.
Mr. Alhalel is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle District of Florida. Mr. Alhalel received his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, in 2005 from Emory University School of Law. While in law school, he was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory Law Journal and was selected to Order of the Coif. Mr. Alhalel earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with honors, from the University of Florida in 2002, where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society.
