Scott Aigen handles a wide variety of personal injury cases, including automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and wrongful death. Prior to forming the law office of Aigen & Velázquez, P.A., Mr. Aigen gained valuable experience litigating numerous personal injury cases, representing both defendants and plaintiffs throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. Aigen attended the University of New Hampshire where he graduated in 2002 with degrees in Health Care law and administration along with Communication. Before attending law school, Mr. Aigen worked for a health care consulting firm in Boston, Massachusetts. As a consultant, Mr. Aigen provided education and training to hospitals throughout the country in the area of safety and code compliance.
Mr. Aigen attended law school at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, focusing on trial and litigation. He was awarded at graduation with a selection as a national member of The Order of Barristers for excellence and high honor in the art of courtroom advocacy. He is currently admitted to practice in the Florida Supreme Court.
