Mr. Airey has extensive litigation experience in federal and state court as lead trial counsel and performing appellate work in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and all Louisiana Appellate courts. With experience as a former licensed Coast Guard Captain, Mr. Airey has extensive knowledge of admiralty and maritime matters. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Airey also provides business advice and legal guidance to clients regarding business operation and formation, estate planning, succession and probate matters, asset protection, Medicaid planning, real estate transactions, and risk management. In conjunction with his estate planning work, Mr. Airey is a Veteran’s Administration accredited attorney and has counseled numerous veterans concerning Aid and Attendance benefits. As a licensed title producer he has participated in numerous real estate transactions, including sales, mortgages, and leases.
