Leo Agozzino practices in the area of commercial litigation and intellectual property law, including patent, unfair competition, trade secret, covenants not to compete, and employment contracts. He has extensive litigation experience in matters before federal courts and the United States International Trade Commission (U.S.I.T.C.).

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
