Francine S. Adler is an associate in the Healthcare Law practice at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger, LLP.

Dr. Adler focuses her practice on healthcare law and represents healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, dentists, physician assistants, physical and occupational therapists, podiatrists, and other ancillary providers and healthcare entities in a wide variety of legal matters. She counsels clients on regulatory, reimbursement, and compliance matters, managed care contracting, fraud and abuse, licensing, risk management, credentialing, billing and claims issues, transactional arrangements, health insurance audits, ICD-10 implementation, Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC) and Office of Professional Discipline investigations, and HIPAA privacy and security concerns.

Dr. Adler received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, her DPM, magna cum laude, from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and her J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law where she was the managing editor of the Law Review. She is admitted to practice in New York and in New Jersey and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
