Suzanne Agatstein received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UCLA in 1981. She earned her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA, and was admitted to practice in the state of California in December 1985.
Ms. Agatstein started practicing Workers' Compensation law in September 1986. After several years of focusing on the defense side, she decided to switch to Plaintiff's Workers' Compensation. In 1994, she joined the law firm of Goldschmid, Silver and Spindel, and then went on to become a partner of the firm in 2000. Along with her caseload and firm responsibilities, she is a current and active member of the California Applicant's Attorney's Association.
