Adams, Michael A.

Matthew L. Adams is a staff attorney in the Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2011.

Past Experience

After graduating from law school, Mr. Adams worked as an associate for Beauregard, Burke and Franco in New Bedford and Foley Hoag in Boston. While there, he represented numerous clients in state and federal court. In addition, he negotiated and executed contracts; drafted and defended dispositive motions and discovery requests; and conducted large-scale document reviews.

Mr. Adams first came to WilmerHale as a contract attorney, where he analyzed client memoranda and proposals, identified potential evidence of FCPA violations and developed advanced searches to locate key documents.
