Joe Adams is a partner in the Environmental Department of BEHB's San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. Joe has studied environmental law for more than 25 years. His practice concentrates on multiple-party litigation with an emphasis on toxic torts, pollution, and product liability. Joe is involved in the representation of premises owners, subcontractors, manufacturers and distributors of a wide range of products. Joe's wide-ranging cases involve Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. Joe has 15 years experience trying cases to verdict and resolving cases with dispositive motions and mediation. Joe has the technical background to handle large pollution cases from start to finish, including tackling complex expert issues.
