Mr. Abernethy has successfully represented clients in a broad spectrum of employment-related disputes, including: discrimination; harassment; wage and hour (individual and class action); wrongful termination; traditional labor/union; workers compensation and trade secrets.

Mr. Abernethy joined Costa Law Firm in 2012. Prior to joining Costa Law, he worked for Littler Mendelson where he represented employers in Labor and Employment disputes. Mr. Abernethy also interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in San Francisco, California.
