Aleksander "Sasha" Ablovatskiy began his legal career in 2004 focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and various securities and corporate matters for a range of domestic and international corporations and financial institutions. His corporate clients have included both private and publicly-traded companies, including NYSE and Nasdaq listed companies and foreign private issuers. Mr. Ablovatskiy has significant experience in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; strategic investments, acquisitions and joint ventures; reverse mergers and alternative public offerings; venture capital investments; public company reporting obligations; corporate governance matters and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He has also worked with a number of private companies on private placements and various start-up issues. Additionally, Mr. Ablovatskiy takes an active interest in the New York start-up community and crowd funding

Mr. Ablovatskiy previously practiced at Kaye Scholer LLP, a full-service New York City based international law firm, where he spent four years in the corporate department, and prior to that Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, a New York City law firm.

Mr. Ablovatskiy, a native of Odessa, Ukraine, received his J.D. in 2004 from University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. in Economics in 2001 from University of California, Los Angeles.
